MyChart is a free, secure online tool that gives patients easy access to their health information, any time, from anywhere. Patients can view test results and other clinical records, enter personal health information, share their records and securely message their physician or healthcare professional*.
The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance's four hospital sites, Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital and Stratford General Hospital, are among many hospitals across south west Ontario introducing MyChart at their sites. MyChart represents the largest regional deployment of a patient portal platform in Ontario.
When will MyChart be available to HPHA patients?
Patients will be able to register for a MyChart account at any HPHA hospital site starting April 1, 2019.
