Virtual Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital and Stratford General Hospital will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2022 to:

1. Receive Annual Reports of the Board of Directors, including Financial Statements, together with the Auditor’s Report thereon.
2. Appoint Auditors.
3. Amend each of the Hospital Corporation’s By-Laws.
4. Receive the Ad Hoc Nominating Committee Report.

Only members of the hospital corporations shall be entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
