Physiotherapy is treatment to restore, maintain and make the most of a patient’s mobility, function and well-being. Physiotherapy helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness. Physiotherapists get you involved in your own recovery.
A physiotherapist will assess your condition, provide education, prescribe a treatment plan and identify patient-specific treatment goals.

- Rehabilitative exercise therapy
Priority is given to referrals for acute conditions such post-surgical cases and fractures
Comfortable, loose fitting clothing should be worn for your appointment.
Please note that a waiting list may exist and referrals will be prioritized based on the medical information received. Individuals with private insurance and/or third party coverage are encouraged to seek services at a community rehabilitation clinic or through a private provider.
Notification of a cancellation of an appointment is appreciated 24- 48 hours in advance
