Gift Shops at the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) are owned and operated by our Volunteers and Hospital Auxiliaries. Proceeds help support Volunteer programs and the purchase of medical equipment.
Duties include:
- Greeting and offering assistance to all customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Operating cash register (cash, credit card, debit sales)
- Balancing cash at the end of your shift
- Stocking shelves, organizing and tidying the shop
- Tracking feedback from customers that may require follow up
- Assisting with other duties, such inventory, when required
